The eagerly awaited tickets for India’s warm-up matches in Guwahati and Thiruvananthapuram will go on general sale starting tomorrow, as announced by the ICC on Tuesday.
Ticket sales for these two games will kick off at 08:00 PM IST on Wednesday, August 30, exclusively through the official ticketing platform tickets.cricketworldcup.com.
The scheduled matches feature India facing off against England on September 30 in Guwahati, followed by a match against the Netherlands on October 3 in Thiruvananthapuram.
Last week, tickets for 44 non-India warm-up and tournament matches across 10 venues in various cities were made available for purchase. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) had earlier designated BookMyShow as the official ticketing partner for the quadrennial event.
India’s World Cup journey under the leadership of Rohit Sharma and the team will commence with an opening match against Australia in Chennai on October 8.
